  • Purpose

    Bore Cladding of interior flow features, like the bore of a large valve, elbow, weldneck flange or block.

  • Method

    GTAW-P Hotwire is welded inside the bore to create a protective layer throughout. In industry, this is commonly called HH trim.

  • Benefits

    Protects against abrasion and corrosion caused by severe chemicals, extending the life of the components.

  • Application

     Often used in machinery, valve, components or pipelines to increase longevity, going from years to decades. This includes Wet-H2S sour service, and CO2 Sweet Service.
