    Inlay adds a protective layer to a pocket cut into a metal object, especially for o-ring seals like a ring groove or raised-face flange.

  • Method

    GTAW-P Hotwire is welded inside a ring groove or sealing surface to create a protective layer for a connection. In industry, this is commonly called EE trim.
